2 cup maida, salt, 50 gm oil
For stuffing :
2 cup crushed corn, salt, turmeric, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp roasted gram flour, 1 tsp ginger chili paste, oil for frying.
Add salt and oil to maida, kneed tight dough, let it rest for ½ hour. For stuffing, heat oil, add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, ginger chili paste and fry for a minute. To this add corn, all remaining ingredients, sprinkle little water, cook for couple of minutes. Let it cool.
Roll small puri of dough, fill in the filling, and cover properly. Fry in oil on low flame, till golden brown. Serve with chutney and
