Ingredients : 600 gm dark chocolate, 150 ml water, 6 gm gelatin, 120 gm liquid glucose, 400 gm double cream.

Method : Heat water, gelatin, liquid glucose till clear fluid.  Add scrapped chocolate in it, stir  continuously till chocolate dissolves completely. Let it cool. Add double cream, mix well, fill in bowl and let it set in refrigerator.
